Our Story
Realigned Leadership Group was founded by Ricke J. from a conviction that sustainable change begins on the inside. Across work with students, professionals, leaders, teams, and organizations, he observed a consistent pattern: capable people can remain stuck when their thinking, purpose, relationships, or leadership become misaligned.
Realigned Leadership helps people recognize what is misaligned, reconnect with truth and purpose, and move forward with greater clarity, courage, and confidence. Our mission is to develop people into leaders who impact society on purpose—because healthy people build healthy teams, healthy teams build healthy organizations, and healthier organizations strengthen communities.
