Realigned Leadership Group was created from a passion for helping people live and lead intentionally. After years of working with students, professionals, and executives, Ricke Jones recognized a common challenge: talented leaders often sabotage their own growth through fear, misalignment, and unclear purpose. Realigned Leadership Group exists to bridge that gap.
